Before you order we ask that you accept our terms and conditions, found on this page. Ordering from us is as simple as 'add to basket'. It will automatically go to Paypal for payment. blingo does not hold any of your purchasing information. If you do not want to pay online we are happy to accept a good old fashioned cheque in the post! We apologise in advance an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately if this is the case and how long it will take to order in. In the meantime you could purchase an alternative item to keep you going, or wait! We don't stock vast quantities but will get your desired item to you as soon as possible, don't you worry!
Ring sizes. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an actual size for the rings. Due to the way they are all hand finished, the sizes vary slightly but are all on the generous size.
We will post your lovely purchases via Recorded Delivery, and will aim to despatch them to you within 2 days of ordering, therefore reaching you hopefully no more than 3 days after you clapped eyes on your delicious item!
With exchanges or refunds, we are happy to do this if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt, giving us the reason you are returning it and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please return the item via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Items are returned to blingo at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by recorded delivery at no extra charge. You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible! Please note we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and if it is not in the original condition it was sent out to you.
